I recently purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra from Ferman Buick GMC in Tampa, Florida. I had a wonderful experience due to the fact that the team there was very knowledgeable and at the same time had the patience GMC in Tampa, Florida. I had a wonderful experience due to the fact that the team there was very knowledgeable and at the same time had the patience to listen to my desires regarding the purchase. They were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and negotiated a good price for the truck as well as my trade in. Financing was a hassle free process and resulted in a better rate than I was offered by my Credit Union. The service team installed a 3" lift kit and replaced all four tires prior to me picking up the vehicle. Their work was great and the truck is a real show piece. Overall the most impressive part of the purchasing experience was the honesty and professionalism provided by all of the team members that I interfaced with. More
