Svc dept is either unwilling or unable to repair vehicle Service department is the worst. Don't expect to get anything fixed. The standard answer for everything is: "Vehicle operating to manufacturers intend Service department is the worst. Don't expect to get anything fixed. I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him in Nov 2010. He has alway helped arrange a car for me while mine was in service. However, tonight he went above & beyond the call of duty. He brought me a car to my location on his day off & waited with me until OnStar provided us with a tow truck to take my car back to the dealership. Now that's SERVICE!! More
I have been extremely impressed with the service that I have received since I purchased my Buick Lacross in June 2011. In today's world it is very hard to find people that mean what they say and provide outstanding service after the sale. However,from day 1 Todd handled any issues or problems I brought him with complete professionalism and exemplary customer service. Lucky for me and Todd I am pleased to say I rarely have issues with this car, it has been outstanding. Todd wants his customers happy at time of sale and more importantly after the sale. Todd personally goes the distance for his customers to make sure they are extremly satisfied.
