Waste of time. Second time I take it to the service department and they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Their excuse is that they need more time. Collision repair Never got update calls unless I initiated them. Had my car for nearly 3 weeks costing me $300.00 in car rental above what Allstate paid. Had to bring car back for inadequate repair only to be accused through insinuation that damage occurred after I picked up the car. One of my backup sensors is recessed and constantly beeping while in reverse. This is on the bumper you removed and replaced. A call from a supervisor would be appreciated. More

My car was supposed to be done on the 3rd, then it got moved back to the 8th, then the 11th, then the 14th, and now the 15th. I’m particularly bothered by it because I called Samantha on the 13th to see why my car was taking so long (since I have to pay daily for a rental) and why my car is over a week overdue, and I asked her if she could promise me it would be done on the 14th, and she did, and my car is still not finished. I’ll definitely wait to see my car once it’s completed, but unless it is the most stellar work I’ve ever seen, I certainly would not recommend to anyone. More
