Appears to be extremely competent. Resolved a serious issue on a C8. Only criticism is that their so focused on customer satisfaction that some minor issues are not addressed. Example: C8 has 2 trunks, f issue on a C8. Only criticism is that their so focused on customer satisfaction that some minor issues are not addressed. Example: C8 has 2 trunks, front (called the frunk) & rear, keyfob opens each individually. Keyfob wasn’t opening the front trunk and was mentioned as a secondary issue when the vehicle was brought in for a major starting issue, major was addressed but not the minor. Other than that service was very good.I would have given the 5th star if the minor issue was resolved. More
