Integrity of Dealership I purchased a 2016 XC90 in April 2016. The vehicle had many problems and was in the shop for more than 16 days in the first 3 months. The Service De I purchased a 2016 XC90 in April 2016. The vehicle had many problems and was in the shop for more than 16 days in the first 3 months. The Service Department was very attentive throughout this process. When the last event occurred, the dealership made the decision to take back the original vehicle and provide me with a new XC90 and they made it work that there was no change in my monthly payment. While I understand that I would have had a strong Lemon Law case, the dealership initiated the replacement on their own without any prompting from me. I am impressed by their integrity and attention.
