The problem did not occur from late spring until late summer. They worked with Ford engineers to identify a cable to the screen and the screen or the connection between them was faulty when cold. Ryan (service mgr) and Dave Fernelius (owner) kept the process moving along so I could keep my travel plans with their prompt service and nice loaner. The screen has worked every day even when morning temps are now in low 20s - a first since since last fall. More
