Beyond what I expected! As a pretty serious Big 3 car buyer, Hyundai was not even on my radar. I was in the market for a new car rather quickly as mine was in the shop. I had already test drove the Explorer, Tahoe, Acadia, and Traverse, and then a friend suggested I try the Santa Fe. Fernelius allowed me to take the car on an extended test drive home for the night, drive me to work the next morning when I dropped it off, picked my car up from the shop when it was completed for me, and picked me up at work to bring me back to either my new vehicle or my old one from the shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I was in love with the car before I purchased it, with absolutely no pressure. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience there and have referred many people since. More
