Justin from the Maintenace Department is by far the best representative for any car I have ever purchased. I can't really say much more than that, but they diagnosed, fixed and shipped my car back and forth representative for any car I have ever purchased. DJ was excelent to deal with, as was the whole team. HE was very, very knowledgeable. I flew from the midwest to see the car and purchase it. There was a little issue the morning I was heading there, HE was very, very knowledgeable. I flew from the midwest to see the car and purchase it. There was a little issue the morning I was heading there, and he handled that extremely well. It was a VERY good experience. They were missing a key, so they agreed to get me one. When I got it, I was told there would be a decently large fee to program it from my local dealer (not going to drive the car 1500 miles to get a free key programming). When DJ followed up months later to just check in and see how I was liking the car, I mentioned it was in for service to get programs, and without asking DJ said "send me the bill for programming". Our deal was done; he did not have to do this, but he did it because it was the right thing to do and because they protect their reputation. I was also able to visit the Ferrari factory and the team at Long Island Ferrari was a great help in making that EXTREMELY COOL experience happen. More
