I have two Ferraris, both of which were Darko Despotovic, one of the service consultants at the Ferrari Service center made the experience a breeze. I have two Ferraris, both of which were subject to the passenger airbag recall. Darko made the scheduling work such that I was able to have both cars serviced on my schedule in only three days for both cars. He made sure I had transportation to and from the shop when I needed it. Everything went off without a hitch. There was no problem with the service quality itself.
