It was the same make and model I almost previously bought but much nicer and in better condition. I called to make sure it was still available and spoke with Derek and he answered all of my questions and was pleasant to speak with. I had a much better feeling about this car from the start and after speaking with Derek. We live in Illinois and made the 1.5 hr trip to look at it and test drive and decided to purchase and it was the fastest and easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Derek was so nice and down to earth, explained everything very well and was not pushy at all. It was a much better deal and experience in every way. Exc customer service, salesman worked hard to earn the sale I was very pleased at how I was treated. When just before I picked up my truck, someone had parked close to it and opened their door into it, putting I was very pleased at how I was treated. When it was obviously too deep to touch up 'good as new' they replaced the fender flare completely and made my truck brand new again.
