I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. From the beginning, the associate who took in my car did not clearly explain what was going to be done to the vehicle. The informational video they sent also contained no useful details. In addition, the employee spoke with another coworker in a different language as if I would not understand, which I found very disrespectful, and I let them know that I did understand. When the car was returned to me, no one explained what had been done. On the invoice, it stated that the vehicle had been washed and vacuumed, but that was never performed. Very poor experience, with a lack of communication and transparency. I definitely do not recommend this service. More

I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a significant amount of disappointment and frustration with a recent experience I had at BMW Lakeland dealership. As loyal BMW customers for I have a significant amount of disappointment and frustration with a recent experience I had at BMW Lakeland dealership. As loyal BMW customers for over a decade, we never expected to be treated with such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and organization. The salesperson I dealt with was unreasonably emotional when we brought up our own secured financing. Rather than assisting me with care and respect, their behavior was erratic and dismissive — completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to value its customers. To make matters worse, I was told to consider donating my vehicle, only to later receive a letter from the general manager of the dealership offering to purchase it for over market value “REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION”. This inconsistency either reflects poor internal communication or a careless attempt to mislead, and it has left me questioning the integrity of your sales process. Additionally, the salesperson and finance manager showed no willingness to negotiate on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I approached this transaction in good faith and with the intention of continuing my long-standing relationship with BMW, but I was met with inflexibility and disregard. That rigid and dismissive approach, combined with the rest of this experience, made it clear that my loyalty and time were not valued. Unfortunately, due to this experience, you have lost a long-standing customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to address the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care demonstrated by your staff. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to purchase two brand new vehicles. Very sad to have had this experience with BMW. More
