🚫 Extremely Disappointed with Sales and Service Experience I purchased a 2022 BMW 740 with under 11,500 miles less than 3 months ago. Since owning it, I’ve driven fewer than 600 miles — yet duri Experience I purchased a 2022 BMW 740 with under 11,500 miles less than 3 months ago. Since owning it, I’ve driven fewer than 600 miles — yet during a basic service appointment to replace a brake light bulb, I was told the car already needs two new rear tires. That’s unacceptable for a vehicle of this class, especially with so little use. Either the car was delivered with worn tires, or there’s a serious alignment issue that was never disclosed. On top of that, the car was kept at the dealership for three days just to change a bulb. I was told it would be washed as part of the service — but it was returned dirty, with no explanation for the delay or poor follow-through. This experience makes me question both the integrity of the sale and the quality of the service department. BMW customers expect more — and rightfully so. If management sees this, I strongly urge them to take accountability and make this right. — Ruben Casco More
Dealership was good. We had a trouble after regular service. On the way home we saw‘ ‘engine overheated’ on dash board. We called service department . She said either call road service or bring it to service department. We drove almost 10 miles with 20 miles speed. No air conditioning working. Your service department person said they were sorry and fixed in 20 minutes. Even though they were courteous we’re wondering whether our engine was overworked and damaged after driving 10 miles with very slow and heavy driving. More
