During the inspection of the lo I had to write this review on Ms. Sarah for her attention to detail and friendly customer service she provided to me. During the inspection of the loaner, she went over the car and pointed out everything about the car. She also answered every question I asked and was eager to help me as needed with understanding all the paperwork I was asked to sign. Once I returned to pick up my vehicle, she was there to assist in me getting my vehicle checked out and on my way in record time. This lady had the same friendly smile and welcome attitude when I returned to pick up my car. I am very pleased with the service of my car and the great wash job they did on it also.
