I understand your frustration and we are very sorry we were unable to meet your needs. Due to the lack of inventory nationwide, we have had to resort to other options at times for those customers who purchased a vehicle from us. We try to afford every customer the option of a Volvo loaner, but there is simply no way to achieve this due to the current circumstances. I would ask that the next time your vehicle requires service that you contact me and I will personally make every effort to get a Volvo Loaner for your use that fits your needs.
