During our trip home to SC after a 4 day visit to St Petersburg FL, I recognized my 2020 Sprinter RV going into limp mode. Quick Goggle search showed Fields MB Van Center was nearby. William (Van Service Ctr Mgr) was able to quickly get us into a diagnostic bay so a tech could determine what was going on. They determined it was from an EGR electrical fault/issue, replaced it, and had us on the road in less than 4 hrs. From the minute we arrived, William provided exceptional communication as to the status of the vehicle. His technical expertise was clearly evident as was his customer focus. We are so appreciative of his efforts and the entire Fields team. Incredible people and dealership.
