We literally had the most terrible experience at the dealership three years ago terrible salesman his name was Tim he was awful he told her get this red color she didn’t want and Ofcourse it was late at dealership three years ago terrible salesman his name was Tim he was awful he told her get this red color she didn’t want and Ofcourse it was late at night so the next day when she said hey I don’t like this color he said sorry that’s what you’re stuck with I mean that’s why we go to Mercedes to spend this kind of money…we were not going to go back but we decided to give Fields one more chance since this is the fourth car she’s bought there as soon as I walked in I met the salesman Josh he was amazing!! We told him about our experience and he said listen let me make it up to you and he literally did I told him this is what we have to spend this is what we want to do he walked inside came back out and said let’s make it happen not only that came to our house at 10 o’clock that night to show us how to do the garage door opener and do her phone to the car he really did save it and we are now recommending this dealership again to everybody trust me ask for Josh he is amazing More
