Tim was wonderful. He quickly made me feel at ease, and listened to what I was looking for in a car. Very helpful, I was not rushed. Tim is awesome! Blaine was great as well. Spent time with me reviewing all the amenities of the car. I bought the celajet package and returned the next week for that service. It was confusing. The service area was busy. I do have one recommendation - when purchase is made, I think it would be beneficial as part of concierge service to give new owner tour of facility Process when getting car service Outline of dealership amenities come with new car Do I go through sales advisor when scheduling appointment? Car available to drive when car getting service? I heard car washes were available. But is that at anytime or when car getting service I am very happy with my new purchase and working with Tim and Blaine. They are great! Very impressive facility More

It was like getting a great deal from family. I recently graduated from Nursing school. The only thing that got me thru those hard years of school was knowing that I will finally achieve my 2 pe I recently graduated from Nursing school. The only thing that got me thru those hard years of school was knowing that I will finally achieve my 2 personal goals in life. To buy my own mini farm and buy a Mercedes Benz. I bought my farm in August. When I went in for a look around I was originally going for a lease but after talking to P.J he explained the benefits and I found my dream Mercedes. We test drove the car that night. He was very patient considering it was almost closing time. He gave me his cell number and the link for financing. It was so easy. The next day I called him and he said I was approved!!! I could not stop jumping up and down at work or when I came to pick up my car at the dealership. Every one took their time explaining all the tech in the car. Financing was a breeze,and all the complimentary extra's made me feel like I have a second family.I will be with Field Motors for LIFE!!! From the first contact via email to the last contact to say thank you, the entire process was FAST, FLAWLESS, PROFESSIONAL, and went as smooth as anyone could want. This was my 23rd purchase of an auto and I really think this was the best experience I had. From picking me up at the airport to wishing me well on my drive home, PJ was very polite and courteous. Keep in mind I did not purchase a brand new Mercedes while getting this top notch service. I did however purchase a slightly used Cadillac and was still treated as though I was purchasing said Mercedes. This is how buying a car should be and quite frankly on my next purchase I will reach out to PJ and Fields first before starting the process. 5 stars all the way including Jerry in finance. He was the only sales person who was able to locate the exact vehicle that I was looking for..Over the past 20 years i have purchased or leased approximately 15 vehicle thru various dealers and this has been my best experience. I was able to do almost everything over the phone. After a 2 hour drive i arrived at the dealership met with PJ. Aftera 1 hour i was leaving in my new vehicle. Everyone I met at the dealership was genuinely friendly and was quite different then any other car buying experience. I got a great deal for my new vehicle and trade in. Recently I had my 2102 Mercedes Benz ML350 4-Matic serviced at Fields Motorcars (July 30th, 2018) and I found the Price charged for a service special Recently I had my 2102 Mercedes Benz ML350 4-Matic serviced at Fields Motorcars (July 30th, 2018) and I found the Price charged for a service special to be incorrect, I brought it the attention of the Service Manager (Rick Green) he had to CORRECT IT or I would have been overcharged.
