Fiesta Lincoln

Treat repeat customer terrible I have bought 2 cars from Fiesta Lincoln Mercury. The first was a 2007 Navigator the car was great service was great. Went back in 2015 I bought a "C I have bought 2 cars from Fiesta Lincoln Mercury. The first was a 2007 Navigator the car was great service was great. Went back in 2015 I bought a "Certified" 2013 Lincoln MKX with very low miles. The car is terrible, it has big problems, Fiesta and Ford motor company told me to take my car and go away, the problems are mine to deal with. I take the car to another dealer. They tell me the car has a mixed set of tires and the repairs the Fiesta service department had performed were done very poorly, they could not believe it was a "Certified Lincoln" from Fiesta. I spoke with the general manager at Fiesta, he was no help, he took me in his office and told me the car was my problem to live with it. I asked for my money to be refunded for the extended warranty I purchased ( the car was still under a factory warranty) he wanted me to sign a document that would pro-rate the extended warranty they said would not start until the factory warranty has expired, which would reduce my refund. After much discussion and telling him I would go to the State Insurance Commission, he finally aggreed to refund my money. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel they were less than honest in my dealings with them. More

Another sold the car we reserved and finally we landed at Fiesta with Dean. We got a very good explication of the car and Dean didn't put any pressure on us to buy. We felt really comfortable, as he also explained us it's not always worth to buy the most expensive car. Hey we're talking to a car dealer and he doesn't try to sell the most expensive, think about it. We finally ordered the car and got all the things we agreed. Next car we will also but from there and even use the same salesman. More
