Expected more After making my purchase of nearly $40,000 over the phone from another state I had to fly one way to pick up the vehicle. No one offered to pick me up After making my purchase of nearly $40,000 over the phone from another state I had to fly one way to pick up the vehicle. No one offered to pick me up from the airport which most dealerships would do. In fact the last one I purchased they delivered it to me. That wasn’t offered either. All I asked that was for them to have a full tank of gas since I’ll be driving to another state home. Manager had the nerve to ask for me to pay an $8 mess up they made. After I flew in I figured they could take an $8 loss for the day so I refused to pay it. After all, they refused to come off the price a penny. After an hour and half I get to leave and they seriously didn’t even fill up the gas tank for me. I asked about it and pretty much was given no answer to why they didn’t/couldn’t do it. Back seats weren’t cleaned very well. Had dirt smudges on leather. Was just expecting them to accommodate me more since I flew in the get the vehicle.
