Hello! I was very satisfied with the gentleman at the service desk help me in the dealership. My only concern is the car wash. I feel like they never clean or wipe down the windshields properly. One more concern if something needs to be repaired or replaced when they are checking the car and doing oil oil change it will be much appreciated if someone from the service department with call and let the customer know. Instead of going there, and then finding out that something needs attention or needs to be replaced or repaired that will prevent us from going back to the dealership several times. For my service on my paperwork, it was mentioned “ required attention : check clutch and transmission fluid” and “ may require attention for check, coolant fluid levels”. If the service people would just call in advance and let us know that this is something that needs to be replaced or repaired or etc. It would be appreciated. I wasn’t informed until I got to the dealership overall, Chris Hernandez was awesome. I absolutely loved working with him.
