While i was waiting I do my “window shopping” of what cars are in the show room as well as outside. One of the cars that was in the show room floor was the Volt. I was walking around the care for a few minutes then I continued on to some of the other cars that were there. Well, looking at another car Brian Savinda approached me. He asked me if I had any questions about the Volt and I told him I was just window shopping but I had a few questions but like anything else I some more questions so we walked back to the Volt. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Volt and what it can do. Depending on my situation and Brian knows what that is, I will be buying a Volt from him. He’s a non pressure salesman, I like that. More

I spoke with Mr. Billy Chang about my concern regarding a transmission shift cable recall on my Saturn asking for an appointment to have it repaired. Mr. Chang responded; "we have the part in house", we can service your car today. It is such a pleasure to do business with such a professional as Mr. Billy Chang and the outstanding team work that exists in his department. Service Dept. was excellent Nick Lautenback was very nice and honest. We came in for an oil change. Nick had our tires rotated without us having to ask him. Tania the cashier was extremely helpful and very sweet. She signed us up for the rewards card. We live really far from here but it is worth the drive for the way we are treated. More

Saved the day for us We were nearing Las Vegas, planning to travel through, when "check service" light appeared. Worried about going into Death Valley with a problem, we c We were nearing Las Vegas, planning to travel through, when "check service" light appeared. Worried about going into Death Valley with a problem, we called Findlay and spoke with Service Advisor Heather. She gave us appt for first thing next am. When we arrived, Heather understood our need to continue our trip. She had a technician, Rick, quickly do a scan to see if the problem could be diagnosed easily. The problem turned out to be minor, one that could wait for service. We felt comfortable about the minor problem, and were able to continue on our trip. There was no charge for the time Heather and Rick spent with our vehicle. Their service was courteous and friendly, and they were very willing to help us with the problem. Excellent customer service!! More

This was my first time going to Findlay Chevy for service and I had seen ads showing them as a number one dealer years in a row and that has never imp This was my first time going to Findlay Chevy for service and I had seen ads showing them as a number one dealer years in a row and that has never impressed me because all car dealerships claim the same thing. I can honestly say after dealing with Billy Chang and experience how they treat customers here from the customer lounge to the people who work there at their extended auto warranty Carlos, I have definitely been impressed. I now see why they have won those awards and with good reason because they know how to take care of their customers. The dealership itself was impeccable and the free sodas, coffee, popcorn, computer area and kids area for their customers as well as their free shuttle service is something that will continue to make their customers keep coming back to this dealership. So great and excellent service and I applaud Billy Chang for making my first time experience here a great one! More
Yea! Carlos! I came into the service department on April 21st to get my 2008 Saturn Vue (Ruby) an oil change and fuel induction service done. I was greeted with a smile by Carlos Aquino who then proceeded to get Ruby right into the system. I always wait in the lobby when I have work done. Shortly, Carlos came and gave me an update on Ruby and brought with him an extended warranty (Select) brochure that he thought I might be interested in - and he was right! When I asked him for a copy of the full contract (I like to read the "fine print"), he immediately got it. When the work was done on Ruby, Carlos came to the lobby to tell me - and I had several questions/concerns about the warranty plan. Carlos was able to answer all my questions/concerns. I felt so secure in his knowledge of the plan that I, indeed, purchased it. I was really impressed by Carlos - from the moment he greeted me to the time I drove Ruby out of the service department. He was not only friendly and courteous, he was very patient with me - especially when I was quizzing him on the warranty plan. I've always been treated well by the folks in the Service Department but this was an exceptionally pleasant visit. Please let Carlos know how much I appreciate his supurb customer service.
