I have always worked with Nick Lautenbach when it came with servicing my car. He has been amazing over the years trying to find out what was wrong with my car at different times. This time, he suggested I might consider a new car. I ended up talking with Brian Savinda. Although he's a Pittsburgh Steeler fan and I'm a Green Bay Packer fan, we managed to work well together. I told him I had my heart set on a Chevy Cruze, because I had driven it as a rental while my car was serviced. He suggested a Chevy Sonic. We took the Sonic for a test drive, and I enjoyed it. But my heart was still with the Cruze. Brian S. willingly let me take it for a test drive, too. Much to my surprise, Brian was right - I fell in love with the Sonic. Even bought it in RED! What totally sold me was that there was NO PRESSURE! The last time I bought a car, I felt pressured into the purchase. I woke up the next day regretting that decision. NOT THIS TIME! I woke up Saturday morning thrilled with my decision. Thanks to the team that worked with me and will continue to work with me for anything in the future. Cathy Peters More
Amazing Guest Service! This was my first experience with Findlay Chevrolet and it was full of great experiences! As I pulled up for a routine oil change, there was a service This was my first experience with Findlay Chevrolet and it was full of great experiences! As I pulled up for a routine oil change, there was a service associate (Carlos Aquino) there to greet me with a smile and a warm welcome. He was quick and efficient in putting my car and me in their system to get me started. After giving him my keys he gave me a tour of the area showing me the accessories store, show room and waiting room (with a free multi coffee option maker, soda machine and internet computer use!). Not only was the oil change done in a timely manor but they also washed the outside of my car, gave me a full inspection and helped remove left over adhesive from a sticker on my window. Working in the service industry I cannot emphasize the great service that Carlos provided. I want to personally thank Carlos and the Findlay Chevrolet service team. It's 1 thing to have great sales workers selling a car, but it's even greater to have a great service team to provide amazing guest service to create repeat customers! -Bryan W. More

In conversation I mentioned I had had a triple by-pass, on arrival at my destination Tom made certain I used the foot step when exiting the van. This small gesture went a long way and it is obvious Tom likes his job and listens to what is being said. I applaud your recruiting department for hiring Tom. It has been a pleasure to work with Mr. Billy Chang, a professional in every sense of the word. During the past 3 years I have had some concerns with the Saturn and Billy has been there to answer all my questions regarding the repairs and upkeep of my car. I look forward to working with Billy as my designated advisor in the future, his customer service skills are outstanding. More

Being a female, not knowing alot about cars and how much things should cost... I feel that I can go to Billy Chang and ask him for advice, and he will tell me exactly what needs to be serviced on my car, an things should cost... I feel that I can go to Billy Chang and ask him for advice, and he will tell me exactly what needs to be serviced on my car, and how long it will take. Mr. Chang is so thorough and honest. I never feel ripped off or ignored, like most places I have been in the past. I always leave Findlay Chevrolet feeling a sense of "family". Sounds cheesey, but it's so true. Awesome Team! More
I just wanted to send a very large "THANK YOU!!" to Don Pagel and Jon Steinzor. These two guys are amazing!! We moved to Blue Diamond/Decatur area over a year ago. I have been taking our '08 H3 Hummer to the Cadillac dealership in the Auto Valley Mall. I didn't want to drive that far anymore and decided to try Findley Chevrolet…I'm so thankful I did! My first trip in I met Don Pagel. From the beginning he has been wonderful. He will always go out of his way to make sure all my needs (and concerns) have been addressed and/or fixed. Even when I was out of town, Don was only a phone call away, he calmed my nerves letting me know that the H3 will be okay for the drive back home (we had thermostat/over heating issues). Jon Steinzor is the only person who has been fixing/repairing our H3 and I wouldn't want anyone else. Which brings me to today in writing this review…..I CAN NOT "THANK YOU" ENOUGH FOR DON PAGEL AND JON STEINZOR!!! I was pulling out of my driveway when I noticed my parking brake sensor light still on. The parking brake would not release. I called Don immediately, since it was a Saturday at noon and because I didn't know if I needed to have it towed to the dealership for them to have a look at it. Don tried to rely how to manually unlock it, but my husband and myself are not mechanically savvy. So he stated "We'll be right over". Within 20 minutes, Don and Jon pulled in front of my house. Jon was able to manually release the parking brake and determine what was happening. So now I'm scheduled for next Friday to have it repaired, but in the meantime I'm so thankful we are able to drive it until then. We just have to be careful not to lock the brake (cautious habit of ours). Again, I can not express how grateful I am to have these two guys go out of their way to help us out. It was above and beyond anything that has ever happened to me, THANK YOU! If you ever need your vehicle serviced, the BEST place to go is Findley Chevrolet. Ask for Don Pagel and make sure Jon Steinzor is your technician. More
I was told at a previous service that I needed a new battery. When I later returned with the paperwork proving the battery was under warranty I was inconvenienced by having to wait several hours while t battery. I feel that the service writer was trying to sell me a battery when if he checked my service records he would have seen that I purchased the battery at Findlay. He also recommended two other services that were not necessary: transmission service and brake fluid exchange. If he had checked my records he would have saw that my transmission was not due for service. I went to a reputable brake service shop and was told that brake fluid is not changed due to being discolored, but on whether there is water in the fluid. They tested my brake fluid and it did not need to be changed. I am starting to lose faith in Findlay's service department since Ryan Wolff left. I have been deceived and am losing trust in your service department. No one bothered to respond to my last negative review, so I am not confident anyone will follow up on this bad review. I was very upset after my last service. When I returned home engine oil was leaking on my driveway due to a careless service tech. They did not divert the used oil and it puddled on my skid plate. My driveway is at an angle and when I parked my truck, the used oil made a mess on the driveway. I was worried that there was a greater problem and returned to the dealer to be told that the tech caused the mess. My driveway now has oil stains that will not go away. I have had several years of VERY GOOD service at Findlay, but am starting to consider other options due to a lack of trust and confidence. If no one contacts me it will make my decision easy. More
Overall the experience was Outstanding. From Heather in service to Brian in sales, then to Mike in delivery every step was handled with a high level of professionalism and care. I have never felt so appreciated and respected during the process of buying a car. They were mindful of my time and addressed "ALL" of my concerns. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Chevy. Hands down they are the best in Nevada. Great Team!!!! More
I had only had my 2012 Chevy Captiva for 5 months and of course the first trip from Utah to Vegas I get a check engine light. I had onStar diagnose and said it was okay to drive but take it for service. We went to Findlay Chevrolet because the ratings were good. They were so good to us knowing we were on vacation and had no other vehicle they got right to work. The problem turned out to be fairly big and time consuming they did an excellent job and did it in only 2 days pretty good considering they had to figure out the problem and tear apart the whole engine to fix it. Nick Manning was so nice and did and excellent repair for us. I would highly recommend using them for any service you need. Mindy Bona More
