The stereo in my 2004 sierra pickup needed to be unlocked. We simply asked Billy what steps were necessary to accomplish this, along with the price. My overall experience here was great. I had my car towed here because it wasn't running. Once they received my car, I felt comfortable as my service advisor (Billy Chang) called me and explained the service here because it wasn't running. I needed an oil change as part of the Certified program. I could tell as soon as I pulled in that the reviews were accurate (all reviews were great). My customer service experience was professional and thorough from start to finish. I wasn't 'steered' to un-needed work on my car at any point and I appreciated their straight forward, simple approach to service. It's obvious to me that Findlay stresses customer service and value to their team members. Thanks Findlay! I brought the Tahoe down for a routine oil change. Rather than read my book, I went to look at used cars. I was introduced to Brian who showed me the used car inventory and when I narrowed it to one, we wen than read my book, I went to look at used cars. I was introduced to Brian who showed me the used car inventory and when I narrowed it to one, we went for a ride. While out, I mentioned the high curb in my neighborhood, so Brian suggested we drive to my house and test the car. There was no problem for this car. Upon arrival at the dealership, we looked at the new car inventory which was close in price and had the color I really liked. Brian was very patient with me showing all the payment options. Many positives to owning this new car, but the low interest rate, the navigation package and OnStar were the icing on the cake. Mike did an excellent job teaching the high tech of this car. Thanks guys for a job well done! More

This is the second internet review I've ever written. The first was about a month or two ago, and was extremely negative for abhorrent service. Findlay is the exact opposite and a breath of fresh air. Scott, my service rep, was awesome. He listened to the issues I'd been having on an ongoing basis with the car. He made sure the required maintenance accomplished. He went above and beyond to have the technicians check items to give me peace of mind. He helped me get a rental quickly. He was fantastic. Out of the 5 GMC/Chevy dealerships I've dealt with for service over the last 6 years, this is by far the best. More
