We bought a Chevy Malibu from another dealership and have had nothing but problems. We would get it back from service with damage, new problems and just rude customer service. After explaining the issues with our car, the dealership and service department, GM had suggeted that we bring our car into Findlay Cheverolet. These guys got to work and found things that needed to be fixed and serviced, and did it! Our warranty had expired! To ensure that we were happy and to try getting us back thinking about a GM product they didn't charge anything!!!! Are you kidding?? Findlay and the guys have our loyality! It is absolutely amazing that there is a dealership, and employees that go the extra mile! This place is a must if you are even thinking about buying, or servicing your car! Due to my busy schedule, my wife had to take the car in, and they treated her like gold even going out of the way to secure a rental (at no charge). We cannot say enough about this dealership! They are out to ensure clients for life, and not just a sale! Do yourself a favor and check this place out before you buy! More

I had a flat tire when I drove up to Findey Chevey dealer last week and Billy Change walk right up to greet me and I fill him in with what had happened. I have bringing my HHR to Findlay for a while now, and I want to say I have never had a bad experience. Being a single mother of 3 I am always on the run, and every time I have brought my car in for service want to say I have never had a bad experience. He recommended Findlay and now I'm going to do the same. I got good explanations about the problem, about future prevention, and about the bill. I worked with Billy Chang and he was thorough about my questions, making sure I understood the answers which felt complete rather than rushed. I assume the service was good because the radiator hasn't complained yet. I assume Findlay stresses customer satisfaction or patience or something to their employees because it seems they're supposed to go every extra mile. They've earned my future business, my future recommendations, and this review. More
