I was expecting this to happen, however, it happened to m She kept me informed on my warranty repairs and updates. Yes, I'm one of the 6.2 recalls. I was expecting this to happen, however, it happened to me as I was moving out of California. GM, Findlay, and most importantly, Kellie. She got me a rental when I needed it. She kept me updated on the motor shipment. She gave me an estimate of a week and a half (I expected 3 weeks). I had the truck back in 11 business days. It was cleaned and running great. Kellie also took the time to hook me up with an On-Star in-house Findlay employee (Charlie, I think) who finally fixed a glitch I've had for several months with connection options and the GM app. Thank you again, really nice to have customer service these days. Made a bad experience a little easier. More
