I got an oil change here and they did not correctly replace my engine splash shield, causing it to come loose and scrape on the ground. This forced me to cancel a day trip I had planned to Tri-Cities for my grandpa's funeral 40 minutes into my drive. I took it back in as soon as I could, and I was charged to fix it, despite the problem being caused by their lack of follow through. I was quoted 'an hour' for it to be fixed, so I took an Uber home. I waited for 3 hours for my oil change so I did not trust their judgement that it was only going to be one hour, and it was a workday. I was home for 3 minutes before they called and said it was fixed and I could come back. I wasted $60 here today to waste my time and to re-pay for work they messed up, including the Uber there and back, although they have complimentary Uber and Lyft rides that I was never offered. If they have any customer service they will reimburse me for the money I wasted today at their facility. More

If I could rate this dealership lower, I would. I know this is my experience, but staff was very rude and dismissive. Especially a supervisor named Brian. Could not have been worse. They damaged my car. I flew across the country on a Saturday to pick it up and they would not leave it outside for me to pick up even though it was a They damaged my car. The dealership was very nice. They even gave me a loaner while my car was being repaired. The only problem I had is, I felt like this should’ve been covered under warranty altho They even gave me a loaner while my car was being repaired. It still should’ve been a warranty issue as my warranty only expired 2000 miles and I had been taken it in for this issue for sometime and it was misdiagnosed or not diagnosed Again, the people were great ! Went in for 60k service, oil change and a quote for tires. Had the best service rep, patient with my questions, knowledgeable with his answers, obviously well trained too.
