Great Great experience with Andy Pappas as my sales person> He was good during the sale but afterwards help change the cars over . Took me back and introduced me to both the service manager and the parts manager, set up my phone and told me if I had trouble with understanding it to come back and he would help me. That's the only reason I drove two hours to see the car. I knew which cars I was interested in, and they gave me a great deal and never tried to sneak in extras. I was in and out in under two hours, and it would have been less if there weren't other customers that came in first. I have actually already recommended Findlay to others. Other dealers could learn a lot from them (No pushy salesmen, straightforward pricing, good financing offers, friendly staff). This is how I should feel when making a major purchase like this. More
