When I arrive for my 10:00 a. m. appointment no ingredient me and I had to go find Nico. He took me in and got got me started in a timely fashion. Then he came and spoke to me about necessary fixes and he was very informative and very knowledgeable and friendly. The issue I have with Findlay Hyundai is that they do not reward loyalty. Your offers for your dedicated customers are nil. $10 for every hundred spent is not competitive does not show a willingness to retain customers and and sends a message that you take your customers for granted. For any major repairs I will be going down to Phoenix and to Larry Miller Hyundai, they appear to have the most competitive offers and they actually wash my car when I take it in. More
