Nico Rubio was GREAT! He listened, made suggestions, offered costs for each component of service. Nico stayed in contact while work was in progress. He advised me this was under warranty and scheduled service. When I brought the door problem to the attention of the selling dealer (Cottonwood Hyundai) they told me that I bought the car "AS IS" and they would not help me. Rudely. Glad not ALL Hyundai dealerships aren't like that. Looking forward to a great relationship with Prescott Findlay Hyundai. More
