The sales staff at the dealership will come out to greet you, ask what you are looking for, do you have any questions thus far, tell you a little bit about any deals that are going on and then let you go to look on your own. They are straightforward with you, no sales games and they make the whole ordeal of buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience. I am sincere when I say the sales staff is friendly and only want to help. We have been working with Jackie Rigey the finance manager and Dave ( Mac) Macfarland since 2012 and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that you fully understand the whole process.I have worked with other dealerships in the area in the past and really had bad experiences. I have purchased 3 Sonatas from this dealership thus far and when we are ready for our next vehicle we will be back to Findlay. More

My wife looked at the selection of SUV's and test drove a Tucson Sport first, then a Santa Fe Sport. She decided on the Tucson. I test drove a value package Veloster and then a Turbo. I decided on a White Turbo with the tech package. Took a while to negociate our trade and the two vehicles. Deal done, mission accomplished! Shaelynn was our sales pro and she did a great job! More
