If you order a car make sure you get a copy of the order and keep it till your car arrives. They take no responsibility for there mistakes and then on top of that they tried to pass a different car th order and keep it till your car arrives. When we asked why they tried to pass it off as the car we order they told us they were doing us a favor. We didn't find out there was a problem until after we paid for it. They told me it was a problem with there salesman. I don't believe that should cost me more money. More

This has been the most pleasant experience in purchasing a new vehicle the 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The SUV Was completely loaded. BTW, the Palisade sells at MSRP at Findlay Hyundai. You will not find it for less than MSRP from any dealer anywhere from my internet search. When we entered the dealership, there was no pressure on our sale and negotiating our trade-in. We spoke with Ben the General Sales Manager, Jason the Sales Manager, and completed our sale with Chris Vallejo. Chris is such a nice guy with excellent customer service skills. We did add a custom wrap on the front and back bumper, mirrors, complete hood, and pocket door caps. Living in Nevada and going back and forth to Utah it protects your paint from rock chips, blowing sand, bird droppings, etc. worth the price as I have it on my Toyota Avalon Limited. No chips in 7 years and considering your 50k+ investment, well worth the extra price. Chris, was helpful and explained in detail the additional add-ons, final price, and with all the Palisade technology, gave us hands-on training with all the technology in this SUV. We also took a drive and we’re shown all the various controls and driving modes. Impressive SUV with air suspension. 3 years/36 months free maintenance was an attraction as well. Also, Chris was kind enough to give us a complimentary oil change at 5k. You do get 3 free oil changes, but they are at 7500 miles. After a week of leaving our vehicle with their service people, receiving daily projections followed by daily excuses (all very creative),finally took my Hyundai and left.
