He took his time helping us define our interests and showed us all the features on an extended test drive. When he didn’t have our color he quickly found one in Tacoma and shipped it to Spokane. We received the expected True Car price on our new NX, a fair value for our trade, and excellent leasing terms. The delivery process was outstanding and they took the time to explain all the high tech wizardry and setup our phones and many other personal settings.
