Completed satisfied customer I brought my Lexus RX 350 into the dealership for service. Specifically, I was scheduled to have the two rear shocks replaced due to leakage. My war I brought my Lexus RX 350 into the dealership for service. Specifically, I was scheduled to have the two rear shocks replaced due to leakage. My warranty expired 8 months earlier, yet , members of the service department stated they would contact Lexus to see if the replacement of the shocks could still be covered under the warranty. I learned after the work was done there would be no charge for the shock replacement. This is my third RX and I have never received the customer service that could match the service and professionalism offered by the Larry H. Miller Lexus service department; a true customer focused organization. More
