I was planning on purchasing a new Toyota RAV4 hybrid, but during my research, through information I entered on the U.S.News Best Price Program website, I was immediately contacted by D.J. Boehm in regards to a new Lexus. That particular Lexus was a little bit out of my budget, but DJ sent me information on a Certified Used 2013 RX450h. It was a beautiful car! Low mileage! Great price! He was extremely knowledgeable, super professional, very friendly, and answered all my questions with ease. He held the car for us for 5 days until we could drive the 3 hours from Walla Walla to Spokane to look at it. He promised me I would love it and I wasn't disappointed one bit! Working with Rocky was a pleasure, too! He had us out the door in no time, explained everything we were signing, and didn't try to sell us a thing! Such a breath of fresh air! We purchased a new Toyota Sequoia 9 months ago and the whole experience was exactly the opposite. We felt trapped, waited for hours to get in with the finance person, then he tried to sell us every possible add on and extra. We were exhausted when we left that dealership, but ready to tackle the rest of the evening when we left LHM Lexus. Thanks guys!! We will be back! More
