Fabian is great. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Always has been. However, it is unreasonable for my seat to not be covered when it’s a new car purchas Pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Always has been. However, it is unreasonable for my seat to not be covered when it’s a new car purchased from the dealership. It’s unfortunate they won’t stand by their product and make it right.
