I brought my car in for a 100,000 mile check up. I was advised my battery along with other we gives we're going to be completed. The car runs great. I didn't have an oil change done because I was ha I was advised my battery along with other we gives we're going to be completed. The car runs great. I didn't have an oil change done because I was having it done elsewhere. When I went to have the oild change done the company checked my battery and told me I had a bad battery. This was supposed to be checked when my car was initially serviced. It wasn't. I even called to verify if it was done. I spoke with a rep who pulled the maintenance report and It wasn't listed in the report as being check even though it's part of the 100,000 mile check up. I was told when I picked up my car that everything was good. That wasn't the case. That's the only reason for the rating I gave. The honesty up front would have been good. Would I come back, yes. No other issues besides that. More
