Had an horrible experience with Ed from services. He said my car was ready when it. He doesn’t follow up with you when he says. He said he’ll call you back in 30 mins for an update. Not the first time this has happened. He kept my car over two days saying he ordered parts. Just to find out they were in stock and he didn’t get it installed. I picked my car up when he said it was ready. But the part was not installed. So I had to bring my car and it was kept another two days. If it wasn’t for Mike helping me and get everything fixed. My car will still be there. This is the second time that I’ve had to deal with Ed. Same issue as before. When I brought my car for a separate issue. He’s been caught in his lies by me. He said one thing about car parts being fixed but his tech said another. I didn’t report the first situation because I thought it was just a mistake. But dealing with him again and having same issues. I will not be coming back. I’ve bought two of my last cars there and the extended warranty. But I will be going else where from now on. More
