Lots of number deception. Tried to put on contract an extra 1000 for price. Then added almost 2000 for reconditioning fee when their ad says it may be up to 995. Btw the vehicle had 19,000 miles and was pristine. How in the world can they justify 2000 for reconditioning!? They said they didn’t know when they listed it that it would be that much extra. I pointed out that the ad was a month old. Plenty of time passed to update it. Despite my dislike of their business practices, our sales guy John was great. Laid back. Respectful. Not pushy. He was the only thing good about this dealership. We did buy the vehicle from then because it was a very specific vehicle that we were not able to find elsewhere. They just happened to have one. I found worse though. One of the Jeep dealers in town tacked on an extra 3500 over the ad price!!! No warning. More
