We took our car in for a couple of recall items. When they were done with one of the items They didn’t put in the main bolt that holds the rear shocks together then told us our shocks were shot. The When they were done with one of the items They didn’t put in the main bolt that holds the rear shocks together then told us our shocks were shot. They also gave us a list of other items they said needed repaired. We then took our car to our mechanic and he said most of the repairs were not needed. I feel like it was all a big scam and will never take my car back to Henderson Nissan again! More

Carlos was very good. I was charged for new windshield wipers that I asked for. However that evening my daughter said she just put on new ones. Apparently the mechanic did I was charged for new windshield wipers that I asked for. However that evening my daughter said she just put on new ones. Apparently the mechanic didn’t mention that he didn’t change them but didn’t tell Carlos. I wasn’t too happy about that. More
