When l bought my first Nissan from this dealership it was under different management and there were issues but when this new management took over my concerns were recognized and because l was so impressed wi under different management and there were issues but when this new management took over my concerns were recognized and because l was so impressed with them that l traded and bought a new Altima. And the service has been awesome too! Every time l have an problem Mike the service manager takes care of me like we were family! Keep doing what your doing because its working. Went for an oil change they couldn’t even reset the miles for the CHANGE OIL light to turn off. Didn’t check the tire pressure because as soon as I left the light went out that I need air. And I asked them t for the CHANGE OIL light to turn off. Didn’t check the tire pressure because as soon as I left the light went out that I need air. And I asked them to give me an estimate on how much it would be to get the power switch changed for the windows and the guy forgot about it. More

We took our car in for a couple of recall items. When they were done with one of the items They didn’t put in the main bolt that holds the rear shocks together then told us our shocks were shot. They also gave us a list of other items they said needed repaired. We then took our car to our mechanic and he said most of the repairs were not needed. I feel like it was all a big scam and will never take my car back to Henderson Nissan again! More
