Broke down on the way to Vegas on a Sunday. Nothing open so I had the Armada towed to Henderson Nissan. Called me as soon as they opened Monday morning. Even sent a free shuttle to me hotel to pick me up when it was ready! Great outcome to what could have been a nightmare! Thanks Chris for treating me right! More

Typical dealership. Charged for diagnostics and could not isolated the problem. There solution is to change one part at a time until malfunction is cleared. The manager knew they wouldn't be able to isolated the problem using diagnostics but still ran the diagnostics so he could charge me $160.00. This was my first and last time coming here. More
