Very disappointed with this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the last few services have been a complete joke. I got a lot of services done, one being an alignment. My c I’ve been coming here for a few years and the last few services have been a complete joke. I got a lot of services done, one being an alignment. My car was given back to me dirtier than it was before. My steering wheel was shifted so far to the left after the “alignment” I almost got in an accident driving home. The shop corrected it, but I had to come back in to have them fix it. Recently I paid for an oil change for synthetic oil, and they used conventional oil. And wiped my car down with a dirty towel, after I had just cleaned my car, so it looked like I smeared grim all over my car. It is a complete waste of time and money to come here. And I am tempted to take legal action. More

I had my vehicle serviced at Henderson Nissan due to an oil change Carlos was my service advisor he did a Great job. The Service department checked out my vehicle before re Releasing it over to me. They found out that my oil cooler was leaking oil. I had them go a head and have it serviced. I got it back and I had driven it home no issues. I drove it to work and Heard a noise coming from the vehicle. Don’t know where the noise was coming from yet. I took it back to Henderson Nissan talked to the Service manager Mike. He took a look at it with in minutes he had gotten my vehicle into the service area. With in 15 minutes I had my vehicle back on the road. I could not be any happier. I just wanted to thank the Service manager mike for going above and beyond for my vehicle to get me back on the road with no further issues.
