Oil change took 1. 5 hours, wait time was to be under an hour. There were three others with long wait times also, they left the waiting area to keep checking on how much 5 hours, wait time was to be under an hour. This review is for the service department. I had a great recent customer service experience. The cashier girl, and the manager in the burgundy button shirt were both great and super courteous I had a great recent customer service experience. The cashier girl, and the manager in the burgundy button shirt were both great and super courteous and assisted me quickly. I want to especially thank Sonia, Donovan and Jessica for their assistance, and hard work. These 3 individuals deserve a raise. There was one guy there who I seemed to be invisible to as he was "Working hard". I didn't even get a "Hey, we'll be right with you", but that's ok. The people I mentioned made my 3 + hour service visit tolerable. Kudos to the guys who serviced my car as well. Great work. More
