I like Nissan would like to trade for another Nissan. This is my second. Got oil changed the change light wasn’t on I just took it in hot weather coming. I’ve been going to this dealership for many years I am a little disappointed and not only the service but the quality of service that was performed on my vehicle. I’ve been in several times to get service o little disappointed and not only the service but the quality of service that was performed on my vehicle. I’ve been in several times to get service on my vehicle each time I have let my advisor know that I’m not happy with my brakes squeaking my brakes have been squeaking for over a year now I have asked for the brake pads to be changed, back in March I was told that we would change the brake pads however that my car would continue to squeak which didn’t make sense to me just recently I brought my car back do you have the brake pads changed waited three hours the brake pads were not changed and I was told that there was just dust on the brakes. I’m very disappointed and may not return back to Henderson Nissan for service on my vehicle moving forward. More
