I had nearly $9000 of repairs done in two trips and it could have been done the first trip. Both times I was charged more than the quote that was given. The manager honored the first quote and allowed for could have been done the first trip. Both times I was charged more than the quote that was given. The manager honored the first quote and allowed for the adjustments to the invoice. Additionally, I was charged for a car when they realized the repairs couldn’t be completed the day I sat there for five hours. Two trips and the new tires are still out of balance. On a positive note, Sonja remained very professional even though she knew I wasn’t happy about the second invoice. I know she was only doing what she was told to do. More
