folks aim service dept were great. But, I wasn’t aware they closed at 4 on a saturday and really needed the van the next day for deliveries. I called the dept at 4:12 and it went to voice mail. I figured someone would likely still be there so I called the sales dept. to see would they help and go over there. I was 10 minutes away. I would’ve paid over the phone and asked them to put the van somewhere i could access it. it is a delivery van (even though the work wasn’t complete, I advised the service dept I would still pay in full the day I pick it up). I sales associate that answered the phone advised me that he couldn’t really walk over to the service dept for me even though he said it was likely someone was still there, as he was “all the on the other side” of the dealership. Like it’s miles or something. or like he doesn’t have access to a fleet of cars that he could drive there even!! worst customer service EVER!! I would NEVER treat a customer that way. I’ll NEVER buy a car from this dealership. I thought vegas as a “service oriented town”. More
