Arrived for a 5k vehicle maintenance & felt like my presence wasn’t acknowledged. Waited at the service desk with 5 employees for a good bit when a woman from a desk in the back finally came out to gre presence wasn’t acknowledged. Waited at the service desk with 5 employees for a good bit when a woman from a desk in the back finally came out to greet me. Aside from the poor greeting it was a great experience! We utilized the complementary shuttle driven by Antoine who helped us in every way possible. “Thanks Antoine, you did great” The service went well and they even washed our car. the shuttle picked us up and returned us back to the dealership once we finished with our lunch. I would recommend Henderson Nissan, but I do strongly feel that greeting your customer should be prompt as first impressions are usually the most remembered. Thanks again! More

It is beyond me how the mechanics knew car wouldn't start and had no idea that it was the starter that needed to be replaced. Instead they tried to charge me $800 for a service that wouldn't have fixed my ca and had no idea that it was the starter that needed to be replaced. Other then that I would not suggest anybody bring their car into these mechanics. More
