New car been in for service 3 times in less than 3 weeks. The most recent time the service rep didn’t answer my question and gave attitude. I was scheduled for a 7am appointment but when I got here I was tol The most recent time the service rep didn’t answer my question and gave attitude. I was scheduled for a 7am appointment but when I got here I was told a tech to do the work wouldn’t be in until 8am. I asked why and the service rep didn’t answer and started slamming my paperwork around. It’s bad enough that I spent over $30,000 for a new car but to be treated so poorly on my 3rd time in for the same unresolved problem is ridiculous. I keep wasting hours of my time on my days off and keep getting treated poorly. If I had know how this place does business I would have gone anywhere else More
