Service is grate there, as soon I get there I was attended for the staff. I took my car for oil service and they tell me that my waited time was gonna be 1hr and that's what they took, so am very hap attended for the staff. New car been in for service 3 times in less than 3 weeks. The most recent time the service rep didn’t answer my question and gave attitude. I was scheduled for a 7am appointment but when I got here I was tol The most recent time the service rep didn’t answer my question and gave attitude. I was scheduled for a 7am appointment but when I got here I was told a tech to do the work wouldn’t be in until 8am. I asked why and the service rep didn’t answer and started slamming my paperwork around. It’s bad enough that I spent over $30,000 for a new car but to be treated so poorly on my 3rd time in for the same unresolved problem is ridiculous. I keep wasting hours of my time on my days off and keep getting treated poorly. If I had know how this place does business I would have gone anywhere else More
