Whenever I bring my car in, I go through Oscar. He’s professional, keeps me in the loop, and puts me at ease through the whole process. I don't recommend the service department. They were unprepared and unprofessional. I went in for a scheduled by Nissan recall on my car. They as in the company set the appointment. When I entered I was unprepared and unprofessional. I went in for a scheduled by Nissan recall on my car. They as in the company set the appointment. When I entered I was told the Ed would be helping me. He took my keys went to my car went out back and came back and said "well I just had to beg someone to stay to do this repair!" I looked at him with a confusing look because I could not understand why he was giving me an attitude for getting a recall done. When I told him I didn't understand his attitude he said " our techs leave at 3pm so this is going to take longer" Again I could not understand how in any way this was my issue. I said to him that their company called me and scheduled the repair and gave me the time to be there. Ed got offended when I asked him why he was giving me attitude to which he replied "that's your perception" I also said to Ed sorry you seem to be having a rough day but I don't deserve the treatment you are giving me. To which he responded "I wasn't having a bad day until you walked in!" That is when I asked for a manager. Chris was the manager he was maybe 3 feet away the whole time of this happening. I said to him I don't deserve to be treated this way it is not my fault that your company set an appointment and I showed up for it. Chris apologized for Ed's behavior but then added a but "our techs do leave at 3pm". Again not sure how I am responsible for knowing the techs schedules and the amount of time the repair would take when the company called me to schedule the appointment. Chris finished the transaction and I walked down the hall to go to the lounge and wait for my car. As I walked by Ed he was like "oh yeah I yelled at you right? I yelled at you right? At that point I turned and said "do not speak to me'" As I continued down the hallway I could still hear Ed making comments. I went to the front of the dealership and asked to speak to the owner of the dealership. Angela Briseno spoke with me asked me what happened offered me some water. She apologized and said that should not have happened. She took my information and told me that Kendal would give me a call on Monday. I felt better after talking with Angela. I said I didnt even feel comfortable getting the actual work done on my car but she reassured me it would be okay. On Monday Kenal called and she asked what happened and I told her. I added to it because when I received the text that my car was ready as I was walking ilup the hall I could hear Ed saying "is that customer complaint coming to get her car?" I'm not sure if he would have said more but there was a gentleman at the copier and he was like "hey" to let Ed know I was walking up the hallway. I received my paper work from Chris. He handed my keys to a girl and she went and got my car. When I went to get into my car she told me I should not drive it because the axle was bad. She said do you not hear that noise it's a bad axle you need to get that fixed right away you shouldn't drive this car. I explained to Kendal that it is not a bad axle it is a splash Guard dragging under my car. Kendal also said they should have done am inspection on my car which they didnt because she also said they would have told me inside if there was anything wrong with my car. Kendal did offer me an oil change but I refused because I don't want to ever go back to this service station. She even offered a tank of gas and that I can go to the dealership side but I still haven't gone. This is the second nissan I have owned and it will probably be the last just from this experience. It is hard enough being a woman trying to get car repairs done and not get taken advantage of but to be made to feel like you are an inconvenience for having done nothing but answer a phone call from a company and set up an appointment. It's bad customer service. Plenty of other places to buy vehicles from AMD get them repaired as well. More
