Chris Polascik was very helpful and they were able to fix my car in a timely manner. While i waited I used the dealerships shuttle service to go get some errands done while I waited and they also picked me u my car in a timely manner. While i waited I used the dealerships shuttle service to go get some errands done while I waited and they also picked me up which is awesome. Antwan the shuttle driver was very polite and on time. I definitely recommend Henderson Nissan the staff is very nice and helpful. More

2+ hours wait for a 15 min oil change even with an appointment. That’s ridiculous!! I took my 16 month old with me thinking it shouldn’t be more than 30 min to an 1 hour max since I did have an appoin appointment. That’s ridiculous!!
